Mastering the language of AI implementation.

When we chat with a bot and it replies like a human, that is conversational AI. It moves beyond simple “if-then” logic to understand natural language intent.

  • Everyday Example: When you ask a customer support chat on a website about your delivery status and it replies instantly with context, that is conversational AI.
  • Difficulty: Beginner • Nature: Non-Technical

Vibe coding is when we build code by describing what we want in plain language and letting AI handle the technical parts. It shifts the focus from syntax to creative direction.

  • Everyday Example: Saying “build a simple website with a login page” and guiding the AI through the design without writing a single line of CSS yourself.
  • Difficulty: Beginner • Nature: Non-Technical

When we want AI to answer using our own data, we use RAG. Instead of relying solely on the AI’s training data, the system first searches relevant documents (like your company’s PDFs or FAQs) and then uses that info to generate a grounded, accurate reply.

  • Everyday Example: A company chatbot that checks internal policy files before answering a specialized HR question.
  • Difficulty: Advanced • Nature: Technical

Stay ahead with the latest industry shifts.

Google is rolling out more Gemini-powered AI features inside Gmail for regular users. These tools assist with drafting emails and generating smarter replies by analyzing your inbox content.

  • The “So What?”: Gmail is becoming more “AI-assisted” by default. Users should proactively check their “Smart features” settings to balance productivity with their privacy comfort levels.

Anthropic (creators of Claude) launched a research preview tool called Cowork that can operate directly on your computer’s files. Interestingly, the tool was built in just 10 days, with Claude writing most of its own code through “vibe coding.”

  • The “So What?”: AI is moving from “answering” to “doing.” Expect more tools that organize your desktop or turn photos into spreadsheets with simple delegation.

Practical commands to use today.

Avoid “gut feeling” hires by using this structured prompt to create a weighted scorecard.

"You are an HR hiring partner. Help me create a hiring scorecard for the role: [Job Title].
First, ask me 8 to 10 questions to clearly understand: Success metrics, Must-have skills, Nice-to-have skills, Culture fit, Red flags.
After I answer, create:
1. A clear scorecard with criteria and weights
2. Interview questions mapped to each criterion
3. A simple 1 to 5 rating rubric with what each score means"

Turn a chaotic task list into a clear strategic plan.

  • Before: “Here’s everything I need to do today: [List]”
  • The Prompt: “Turn this task list into a schedule with priorities, time blocks, and a top 3 focus list.”
  • Why it works: It shifts you from reacting to tasks to intentionally using your time.

Get realistic options by forcing the AI to stay within financial constraints.

"Plan a [X] day holiday to [Location] within a total budget of [Amount], including travel, stay, food, and activities."
