Anti-Abuse Data: We monitor for irregular usage patterns (e.g., bot activity or spam) to protect service availability for all users. Temporary IP logging is used for this purpose.

C. Geographic Analytics

To better serve our global audience and inform product development (such as Pro tier launch planning):

Country Detection: We automatically detect your country using your IP address when you join the Pro waitlist.
Data Retention: Only your country code and name are stored (e.g., “IN, India” or “US, United States”).
Privacy-Friendly: We never collect city-level locations, GPS coordinates, or precise geographic data.

Content Sharing & Model Training: By using the AI assistant, you acknowledge that your inputs and the assistant’s outputs (“Content”) may be used by OpenAI to improve their services. This includes model training, research, development, and testing.
Independent Data Controller: For the purposes of service development and model training, OpenAI processes this data as an independent Data Controller.
Data Retention: Standard transactional data is retained per OpenAI’s safety policies for up to 30 days to identify abuse. Data used for development purposes may be processed beyond this period.
Context Isolation: We only transmit the relevant technical documentation from our library needed to answer your specific question.
Encryption: All data transmitted is encrypted via industry-standard TLS.

Transparency: You can view your current query balance and Hub ID within the chatbot interface.
Deletion: Clearing your browser cache/storage immediately deletes your Hub ID and chat history from your device.
Opt-out: To be removed from our waitlist or mailing list, please contact us via our main website.
