With GPT-5.4 bringing its industry-leading reasoning and coding capabilities directly into a single frontier model, it can now provide an upfront plan of its thinking. The new Library feature automatically saves all your uploaded files (PDFs, spreadsheets, and more) so you can easily reference them in future conversations. Finally, the shopping experience gets a dramatic facelift with product comparisons, image-based search, and real-time data from merchants, entirely changing how we research potential purchases.

Section titled “ Business Leaders and Professionals”For managers and executives, the new shopping upgrades powered by the Agentic Commerce Protocol mean your market research and competitor price comparisons can now happen inside a conversational interface.
